Shipping Policy

At HeatCulture, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably while maintaining transparency throughout the process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once processed, orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners for dispatch

An order is considered “processed” once it has been confirmed, packed, or dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability

These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India
Additional charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking link provided


Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

We reserve the right to:

Restrict or disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers with repeated failed deliveries


RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipping

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

Reshipping will be done only after prepaid confirmation
Additional shipping charges may apply


Delays & External Factors

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Weather conditions
Logistics disruptions
High order volumes
Government restrictions or force majeure events

HeatCulture is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking and support.

Order Marked as Delivered

If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, the order will be considered successfully delivered
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status update

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with proper proof (unboxing video/images)
We will investigate the issue with the courier partner before approving any replacement

Final resolution will be subject to verification and internal review.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or free replacement
